0031044200 2016-07-22 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the area surrounding the well was graded and growing in agricultural crops. The site of the drilling pit was covered in weeds and still needs a final grade. There was also a short section of casing and two joints of tubing near the wellhead that need to be removed. I met with Vernon King. He claimed that Jeff Redman will be out in the next two days to clear the materials and grade the pit area out.

The flow lines were connected, the valves were open and there was a proper relief valve in place to vent gas at the wellhead. There were no leaks and the permit number was written on the unit. The shared production equipment was identified and I found no leaks around the tanks.
0784960366 2016-08-05 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the rough soil where the pit was located had been final graded, and the excess well materials had been removed. I spoke with Vernon King. He claimed that he would be out this weekend to seed the area. The well is located in an agricultural crop field. I told Vernon that there was no need to seed the entire graded area since it will be plowed and planted. I suggested that he seed the immediate area around the pumping unit where no crops will be planted. There were no signs of erosion at the well site.

0881751429 2017-04-24 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The preliminary restoration was approved for this well site on 9/19/16. However, on the day of my most recent inspection I found that the site of the drilling pit is now bare, and there are multiple pieces of pit liner that have been exposed as the soil washes away over time. The well site must be re-graded to remove all of the exposed pit liner. This well is located in an agricultural crop field. The pit liner must be removed to a depth that will be adequate for plowing and planting crops. This well shares a common tank battery with permits 7244 and 7257. Identification must be posted at the wellhead. I called Jeff Redman to go over the issues. He said that they would be out within the next two weeks to take care of the problems.

He also reported that he had set 32 of 8.625 conductor casing that was driven. The permit was on location, there were no sags or tears in the pit liner and I found no leaks or spills.

He ran used, tested 5.5 casing equipped with one centralizer. Formation cemented the casing to surface with 105 sacks of class A cement. Good circulation was maintained throughout the job.

1516903039 2018-01-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with an electric powered pumping unit. The motor, drive belts and electric were intact. The flow lines were connected at the wellhead and the tubing valve was open. The permit number was painted on the pumping unit. There was a slow trickle of gas venting out of a ball valve on the casing head, and there was a small spray of oil in the weeds extending out from a bleeder valve on the tubing. The production equipment is shared with permits 7244 and 7257. It consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks in an earthen dike. Correct, legible identification was painted on one of the tanks. There were bull plugs in the tank valves, and there were no leaks or spills in the dike. I called Jeff Redman and left a voice message to contact me in regards to getting a pop-off valve installed for venting casing gas and using a receptacle to catch the oil spray when they open the tubing valve.
1517592829 2018-02-02 Production Wells No Violations I called Jeff Redman on 1/25/18 to ask that he get pop-off/relief valves installed at the wellhead to regulate the gas that was venting from the casing nipple. On the day of my inspection I found that nothing had been done. There was a trickle of gas venting from the casing and no relief valve has been installed.

The electric motor, drive belts and power supply were intact. The flow lines were connected and the valves were open. I found no leaks around the wellhead. There were no leaks or spills around the tanks. The permit number was written on the pumping unit and correct, legible identification was painted on the tanks.
