0034269185 | 2014-10-20 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead is comprised of a pump jack system in a chain-link enclosure. The well is producing and production reports are current. Fittings and valve-connections are intact and free from leaks or problems. There is some minor oil staining around the base of the wellhead. The tank battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel production tank and separator unit, not enclosed. The load-outs are bull-plugged. There is secondary containment. The interior portions of the battery are dry and well maintained. There is some minor oil staining at the load-outs but otherwise no signs of leaks, spills, or other problems. |

1174491887 | 2015-04-30 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead is comprised of a pump jack system which is located in a fallow farm field on a larger farmstead. Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Surface drainage in the area of the wellhead appears to be mostly infiltration. I inspected the areas surrounding the wellhead and did not observe any signs of impact relating to the production operation (e.g. staining, stressed or dead vegetation). Access to the wellhead is from the private driveway of the farmstead and is mostly overgrown and very soft from ponded water. The battery is located close to West Road and is accessed separately via a short, unpaved road. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank, one 50-barrel poly brine tank, and separator unit. Secondary containment is intact and dry. Load-outs are secure. The battery is shard with the #2-0954 unit. Areas surrounding the battery are wooded and flat-lying. I inspected areas surrounding the battery and did not observe any signs of impact relating to production activates. |

2005105918 | 2014-08-11 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 08/27/1982. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and natural gas-fired pump jack system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The wellhead is located in an unplowed farm field 600 feet northwest of the Peger farmhouse. There is remnants of an access road which is grassy and mostly overgrown. The battery is located approximately 900 feet southwest of the wellhead, and is accessed from a separate, short dedicated gravel road. The battery is 75 feet north of West Road. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 100-barrel production tank, 1 25-barrel poly brine tank, and separator unit. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-out is bull-plugged. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. The ID placard at the battery is not readable. I notified Green Energy about the ID placard deficiency. |
