1020511699 | 2014-05-30 | UrbanPreliminary Restoration | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit to evaluate conditions for preliminary restoration. The well was completed in 04/30/2010. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and pump jack system. . There are no signs of leakage or problems at the wellhead. The aboveground storage tank battery is located east and adjacent to the wellhead. The battery is comprised of 2 steel 140-barrel production tanks, 1 25-barrel poly brine tank, and a horizontal separator. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. There is ID signage at the battery and wellhead which are legible and in good condition. The area formerly occupied by drilling equipment, including former pits, has been restored and reclaimed. The area around the well is fill material and foundry slag. The area of the well is generally level with a slight topographic drop to the northwest. Surface draining appears to be to the northwest. There are no surface water courses evident near the site. I did not observe any signs of gully formation or washouts. Access to the unit is through the steel facility. There is no specific access roads or routes. Beyond the area cleared for the wellhead and tank battery, the areas surrounding the unit are heavy industrial. The requirements for Preliminary Restoration have passed. |
2026141354 | 2013-01-07 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The producing unit is comprised of a two-tank battery (2 140-barrel, 1 20-barrel) with mechanical separator and a wellhead with pump jack. The wellhead and tank battery are not enclosed. The well is currently shut-in. The tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1509:9-9-05 . The secondary containment is adequate. Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. |
