| 1200960014 | 2014-05-06 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The unit is currently in production with a pump jack at the wellhead and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery with 4 100-barrel steel production tanks, 50-barrel poly brine, and dual separators. The tank battery is shared with the #2-2021 unit. Process safety equipment is in place. Secondary containment is present and in good condition. Load-outs are locked, and signage is present. I did not observe any signs of leaks, spills, or problems. |
| 1318794198 | 2017-02-01 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection I observed the following: The well is part of a three well cluster located in a opening within a partially wooded parcel. The access road and areas in and around the well were mostly snow covered, but were in good condition with no signs of erosional deficits or degradation. The production system was comprised of a pump jack and tank battery in separate chain-link enclosures located in close proximity. There are two separate batteries. One tank battery serves two wells (Fox Hollow 1-D and the Uvila 1, and a separate battery serves the Quail Hollow 1-D well, which is also located on the same parcel. The enclosure gates at both batteries, and the wellhead, were closed and locked. The pump jack was in operation with no evidence of problems or leakage. I walked the interiors of both tank battery enclosures and inspected the tanks and associated fittings, connections, and pipe runs. I did not observe any signs of leakage or spills. The tank load line valves were plugged and locked. The tank lids were closed. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and batteries and found no evidence of impact or degradation. |
| 1368632326 | 2013-05-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | The producing unit consists of the following elements: a pumpjack unit in a chain-link enclosure and a tank battery in a separate enclosure. The tank battery is comprised of 4 100-barrel steel tanks, 1 25-barrel poly tank, and associated mechanical separators. The tank battery is shared with the Fox Hollow unit (API # 3403522021). HB278 safety gear is present. Loadout valves and gates are locked. No problems or violation noted. |
| 1587749227 | 2017-05-24 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage. The load-line valves were closed and plugged but missing locks. Tank lids were closed and secure. Individual enclosure gates were locked and secure. I inspected both the interior areas and exterior portions of the well and battery and surrounding areas and found no signs of impact or problem. The tank battery is shared with the Fox Hollow #1D. I notified Gonzoil about the need for locks. |
