0216726629 2018-12-21 Production Wells No Violations I received a call from well owner Mr. Zack poling regarding this well. He informed me that Columbia Gas was no longer buying gas. He inquired of the regulation to flare gas. I informed Mr. Poling the flare must be 100 feet from the well, 100 feet from the tank battery and 100 feet from any existing inhabited structures. The well consists of a wellhead with a plunger lift assembly, 1-210 barrel tank and a horizonal separator. The production line that was the gas sales line is shut in. This well supplies gas to two residents. The that feeds the residents has a valve and that valve was in the open position. Legible identification was posted.
1071377197 2018-09-27 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed the well consists of a wellhead with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consists of 1-210 barrel tank. The well also has a horizontal separator. The valves at the well head were in the open position. I spoke with the landowners and they are heat two residents from this well. Legible identification was posted.
