Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-711176683 2018-4-20 0:00: PW No Violations
0711176683 2018-04-20 Production Wells No Violations During this inspection, the well was observed to be equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the annulus and flow line valves were open. There was a domestic line plumbed off of the 4.5 inch casing with a regulator, drip bottle and meter. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL tank, a concrete brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. The tank battery was diked and fenced with legible signage. The lease access was stable. No violations observed.
1449768530 2015-12-10 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. There is a domestic meter and regulators plumbed into the 4.5 casing. The well and the tank battery are in good repair. The tank battery is surrounded with a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a buried concrete brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. I contacted the well tender John Smitt about removing trash from inside the tank battery and installing a lock on the man door to the tank battery.
