2073935381 2011-03-02 Production Wells No Violations On site with the Mark the pumper for the well. Mark has concerns in regards to Dominions meter runs. Per Mark, Dominion is depending on two pressure regulators for pressure control on the sales lines on there new meter runs. Old meter runs used to have one pressure regulator and a pop-off after the meter. Per Mark the regulators are prone to freezing due to condensation. I informed Mark, that meter runs are not under the DMRMs jurisdiction. I informed Mark that I would notify my supervisors of the companies concerns. Neighborhood in the area of Murfello #1 had the gas shut down due to oil in the Dominion sales line. No violations found at the Murfello #1.
