Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2029970439 2019-03-27 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 2-inch diameter tubing. There were not any lines attached to the tubing and the valve was in the closed position. RBDMS records show that the well is a Berea Sands well with 2-inch diameter tubing on an open hole packer. 10-inch casing, 8-inch casing, and 6-inch casing were reportedly used during drilling but later pulled from hole and the backside of the 2-inch was filled with sand. Drilling operations were completed on February of the year 1943. MJ Purdy was the owner at that time and the landowner was Waldo Webster. The well was in a 100-year flood plain.
