| 1070794420 | 2018-01-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection with the ground snow covered, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing; 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, domestic gas service and a plunger lift system with valves in the open position on the tubing and 1 of 2 valves in the open position on the casing supplying the domestic gas and the motor valve. The production equipment included a 100 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, a drip, a 2 inch meter run with a .75 inch orifice and chart recorder all within an earthen dike. Identification was present and production records were current. |
