Cemenco was on site and pumped a 150 foot 45 sack Class A Rip plug from 3340 feet to 3190 feet. BWS pulled 53 joints of 1.5 inch tubing and Cemenco pumped a 200 foot 60 sack Class A bottom of the surface plug from 1546 feet to 1346 feet. BWS pulled 42 joints of 1.5 inch tubing and Cemenco pumped a 90 sack 280 foot Class A cement Surface plug from 280 feet to surface. BWS pulled remaining 9 joints of 1.5 inch tubing and cement stayed at surface. |

The requirements to meet the Division of Oil and Gas Standards will be to plug the well. |

I received an e-mail from Annmarie OConnor stating, pursuant to our telephone conversation of December 19th, attached please find a copy of the recorded assignment wherein EXCO assigned the Smith J. #2 well (34059228110000) to Enervest. I forward this document to Ed Haas at Enervest and will work with him to get a form seven filed with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, I then placed a phone call to the landowners attorney Matt Warnock and updated him of the situation with the well. |
