| 0141072655 | 2017-06-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 210 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, a 2 inch salesmeter with a .25 inch orifice and a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. Also present outside the dike a compressor unit. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing; 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.875 inch diameter tubing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods and a Cabot pumping unit powered by natural gas with valves open on the 1.5 inch diameter tubing and the 2.875 inch diameter tubing. Also present a 2 inch salesmeter with a .25 inch orifice and a chart recorder. Identification was present and production records were current. |
