BWS tripped 2.875 inch tubing and sat down at 2360 feet. BWS worked 2.875 inch tubing and was able to get to a depth of 3763 feet. Appalachian Well Services was dispatched back to site and tripped inside the 2.875 inch tubing to a depth of 2050 feet and sat down again. It was determined that the 1.5 inch tubing was sitting at that depth with the 2.875 inch tubing over it. BWS will trip 2.875 inch tubing from wellbore and will trip back in 3.875 inch overshot with a grapple on 2.875 inch tubing to attempt to fish tubing from wellbore. |

Appalachian Well Service was on site and tripped inside the 4.5 inch casing to a depth of 5414 feet verifying the perforations were at the correct depths from 5382 feet to 5355 feet. AWS tripped up to a depth of 3882 feet and successfully perforated the Big Lime with 10 shots from 3900 feet to 3910 feet. AWS tripped out the 4.5 inch casing and rigged down. BWS began tripping in 2.875 inch tubing inside the 4.5 inch casing and will be cementing the bottom plug tomorrow. |

BWS tripped remaining 1.5 inch tubing and cement stayed at the surface. |
