| 0413905769 | 2013-04-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | Pryor to my inspection I received a phone call from the land owner Dean Shriver on which had a concern this well was idle, after reviewing the Division of Oil and Gas production records I found them to be current, my field inspection reveled 8.625 casing with 4.5 production casing and 1.5 tubing with a gate valve standing from the ground, the valve on the tubing was open, there is a production line leading from the well into a separator/ drip/chart and (1) two hundred ten barrel production tank setting inside a containment dike, the chart record was current and the I.D. is posted on the tank. |
