| 0528477224 | 2016-11-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection following from a release reported by Artex on 11/21/16, where a salesline developed a leak which was reported as 34059222410000 Goggins #1 but was actually the said well. The production equipment included a 100 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, a motor valve, a 2 inch salesmeter with a .375 inch orifice and chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing and a concoil catcher with valves in the open position. Identification was present and production records were current. The 1.5 inch salesline was cut and repaired with a 2 inch sleeve welded on both ends at Global Positioning System coordinates 40.059615 -81.591332 with all contamination removed. |
