| 1348658097 | 2018-03-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Ryan Armstrong, I witnessed the production equipment included a 50 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, a drip, a 2 inch meter run with a .75 inch orifice and a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing and 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing and a plunger lift system with valves in the open position on the tubing and 1 of 2 open on the casing supplying the motor valve with domestic gas service present but disconnected. Identification was present and production records were current. |
