| 1472479382 | 2016-08-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment shared with the 34059237650000 Holmes Limestone 10 included 2-100 barrel tanks, a 30 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, a drip, a 2 inch sales meter with a.5 inch orifice and a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The 30 barrel tank does not meet spacing requirement set forth in OAC 1501:9-9-05 in relation to the separator. The access road was heavily vegetated and washed out near the entrance making it impassable. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing; 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing and a plunger lift system with valves closed on the tubing and closed on the casing. Identification was present and production records were current. |
