0022049043 2019-03-06 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. Pressure relief valves were installed on the annulus. The production equipment consisted of five gas production units, eight 400-barrel tanks with vent lines plumbed directly into the combustor. A berm had been installed around the pad since my last inspection. A Mark West Pipeline tie in was located on the west side of the pad.
0102683680 2015-02-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with a production tree with valves in the open position. Production equipment included 6-400bbl brine tanks, 2-400bbl condensate tanks, a GP unit, a sand trap, a line heater along with a vapor recovery system all within containment. Identification was present but faded and production records were current. I notified Production Foreman Paul Arblaster and he stated the identification would be replaced later today.
0183623690 2016-06-20 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with a production tree with valves in the open position and a gauge present read 455psi on the casing. Production equipment included a sand trap and a GP unit with a 4 inch salesmeter with a 1.5 inch orifice and a chart recorder also present 6-400bbl brine tanks, 2-400bbl condensate tanks, an oil stabilizer unit, a vertical separator and a vapor recovery system all within containment and shared with the 1H, 2H, 3H and 4H. Identification was present and production records were current.
0269518619 2016-03-22 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with a production tree with valves in the open position and a gauge present read 465psi on the casing. Production equipment included a sand trap and a GP unit also present 6-400bbl brine tanks, 2-400bbl condensate tanks, an oil stabilizer unit, a vertical separator and a vapor recovery system all within containment and shared with the 1H, 2H, 3H and 4H.
