1709385853 2019-01-28 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with production valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present and evaluated. The production equipment consisted of one 500-barrel tank, eleven 400-barrel tanks, one 50-barrel tank, one vapor recovery tower, four sand traps, four indirect line heaters, four vertical separators, one heater treater, one compressor, one vertical vent scrubber, and two combustors.
1782629467 2016-02-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the location was gated and locked. The production equipment included 12-400bbl tanks within containment, a vapor recovery tower, a vapor blow case, a vertical 3-phase separator, 2 compressor units, a vertical heater treater, a 50bbl sand tank within containment, a gas combustor and back-up flare stack all shared with the Karen 23-9-7 2H, Karen 23-9-7 3H and Karen 23-9-7 4H. Also present a horizontal line heater, a vertical separator and a sand trap. The well was cycling and equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position with 290psi on the tubing and 320psi on the casing. Annular pressure monitoring was present along with identification and production records were current.
1838736644 2015-03-27 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the cellar fluid level was 6 inches from the surface with a light sheen present. Field testing water reveled chlorides of 105ppm and a pH of 6. I placed call to Bello Kellum of Gulfport and he stated that a truck would be in route as soon as possible to pump the cellars out. When I returned to the pad at 12:50pm to witness that the cellar had been pumped out.
