0693040648 2019-04-10 Orphan No Violations Steve Ochs and myself inspected this well at the request of the new owner of the property at 520 N Main Street Findlay. This well was located inside the warehouse building in the rear of this property. An electric powered pumpjack is connected to the wellhead and a one inch flow line runs into the ceiling and runs outside. There are rods and tubing installed in the well and the surface casing appears to be approximately six inches in diameter. Mr. DeLaCruz would like to have this well entered into the Orphan Program and plugged since he would like to remodel the building and use it for classrooms and a dorm setting.
1108397051 2005-02-08 Production Wells No Violations On site with Tim Striff and Jeff Fry. The well is located inside of a ware house behind the Striff Insurance agency. Took photos of the well. The well has a pumping unit, electric motor, rods and tubing. The production line for the fluids, goes up and across the ceiling and out of the north wall. The storage tank has been removed. A gas line is also connected to the well head with regulators. Mr. Striff indicated that the well will pressure up to approx 150 psi and that he can heat the building with it for about five to seven days a month. A recording studio is also located inside of the building. The well is located in a space between the out side concrete block wall and an inside wooden wall.

Accompanied by Sam Faust, showed me from the outside area where well is located in the building. Outside storage tank has been removed, and most of debris cleaned up.

Pretrial hearing this date Hancock Co. court house. Tim Striff was going to let us inspect the well this date but does not have key to the building. He has to contact the tenant.
