| 1806728931 | 2016-01-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection, I witnessed this is reservoir pressure driven gas well, using 4.5 inch diameter production casing. On the top of the production casing there is a 4 inch diameter to 2 inch diameter changeover running into the flow line. Production equipment for this well includes a 100 bbl. production tank, vertical separator ( with a house meter plumed into the gas outlet side), and a 2 inch diameter meter run; all placed inside an earth dike that measures approximately 30*40 feet at an average height of 2 foot. Proper identification is in place and legible. The meter chart and production records indicate that this well is in producing order; selling commercial volumes of gas. |
