| 1843221714 | 2017-07-27 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this plunger lift well equipped with a motor valve, 4.5 inch diameter casing, and 2.375 inch diameter tubing. Production equipment includes two 210 barrel steel tanks and 2 horizontal seperators with meters. Containment is shared with permit 811. Meter box chart is illegible and has a 1 inch diameter sales line orfice. No production for three years per RBDMS. Tank needs identification as old sticker is in bad shape. Called to D&D said they were going to swab it in the near future. |
