Redstone drilling drilled a 32 inch diameter hole to 142 ft and set 142 ft of casing. Stingray Cementing Service c/w 290 sks of class A cement and had cement returns to surface.

-up run and then commence drilling an 8.75 hole at 6288. Site inspection revealed no violations. Received phone call from Company Man Greg Armstead he stated that after I left they did hit H2S but they had it under control were in the process of their clean-up run.

1498543201 2016-12-02 Production Wells No Violations I am on site today to perform a routine status check of the well bore and the well location. On the day of my inspection I witnessed the lease load was in good repair and the gates for the location were locked. After inspecting the well bore I discovered no high annular pressures and that the well was in producing order. With the inspection of the location I discovered that Gulfport is utilizing the site to hold cinders for their lease roads. Also with the inspection I did not discover any indications of pollution or contamination.

2048154869 2013-11-01 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Was notified at 11:09am 10/31/13 that approximately 1/2 bbl of brine was spilled inside the containment around the frac tanks. The spill was inside double containment and cleaned up. Was notified today at 6:00am that when they were tripping out of the hole the H2S alarm went off with a reading of 70ppm it was a faulty sensor in the cellar. I am on site today and witnessed that the spill has been cleaned up; water trucks are on site picking up rain water. Sidewinder Drilling Rig #121 drilled an 8.75 hole to a depth of 7529 and they are tripping out of the hole to put on their directional tools. No H2S and no violations.
