2018-04-10 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found this pad containing 3 properly labeled well that are producing on natural reservoir pressure. All wells have christmas tree style wellheads. Pressure gauges read as follows: Surface 0 psi, Intermediate 2.5 psi, Production 1091 psi, and Tubing 420 psi. Intermediate annulus is plumbed to buried flowline with dump valve. Blind side of casing hanger is also plumbed into a buried flow line but is currently shut in. Production equipment includes ten 400 barrel steel tanks within their own steel containment, two compressors, two line heaters, three sand separators, three GPUs, two heater treaters, a vapor recovery stack, and a combustor. Site is stable and vegetated. Site meets preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072A.
2016-02-23 | Not Drilled | No Violations | On the day of my inspection accompanied by inspector Mark Moreland, I witnessed the well location has been constructed but the permitted wells have not been drilled and no conductor or tin horn has been set. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The lease road was in adequate condition.
2018-11-06 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed this pad containing 3 producing wells. This well is producing off of natural reservoir pressure through tubing. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular is 433. Intermediate annular is plumbed into flowline. Production equipment includes 3 GPUs, 3 sand seperators, 2 compressors, a combustor, and 10 400 barrel steel tanks in their own containment. Six tanks are condensate and four are produced water. Site meets requirements of OAC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration.
2017-08-24 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection Patterson 580 has drilled 7288 feet and Baker Hughes is currently logging the hole. Company man Chris Richardson said they have been having trouble with holes in containment and areas that have been patched were noted. No holes were noted in containment during my inspection. Pad drains are shut in have little water in the basin.
2017-08-31 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found Patterson 580 rig tripping back into the hole. Rig had bit troubles yesterday at 20999 feet and had to trip out and change bits. They were tripping in at 9191 feet during my inspection. Walk around of pad drains and containment revealed no deficiencies.

2017-07-28 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express energy services had augured a 26 inch diameter hole to 110 feet. Hole had standing water approx 40 feet down. 110 feet of 20 inch diameter conductor casing was run. Express energy services was onsite with 210 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 2% CaCl and .5 lb./sack floseal. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18. 50% percent excess ran. Cement was displaced with 35.5 barrels of fresh water. 14 barrels of cement returned to surface.
