0286099603 | 2018-11-01 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | PAD ADDRESS:83690 Bargar Road, Cadiz. On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express had augured a 36 inch diameter hole to 50 feet and sleeved in with 30 inch diameter casing. That casing was previously grouted with 12 yards. Express then drilled a 26 inch diameter hole to 120 feet. 120 feet of 20 inch diameter, 94# conductor casing was run. Express was onsite with 216 sacks of class A cement. Additives include 2% CaCl and .5 lb./sack cello-flake. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.18. Cement was displaced with 39 barrels of fresh water. No cement returned to surface. |
0363303328 | 2019-05-14 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Inspector Jeff Adams. A Profrac frac crew is on location tied into the 1H, 3H, and 201H wells. Stage 75/87 is perforated on this well. Plug set at 11210, with bottom perforation at 11195 and top perforation at 11075. Stage desgin calls for 330000 lbs of sand and approximately 10000 barrels of fluid. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 10 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is zero. |
0390319924 | 2019-04-08 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I met with Blake James, Eric Visky, and Dan Imlay, all consultants for Encino. Profrac is onsite tied into this well and the 5H. They are currently running wireline on stage 13/87. Stage 13 plug wasset at 20505, with bottom perforation at 20499 and top perforation at 20375. 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 0 and 9.625 x 5.5 annular pressure is 0. |
0487704048 | 2019-05-23 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Inspector Jeff Adams. We witnessed a Profrac frac crew onsite tied into the 1H, 3H, and 201H wells. Stage 75/87 is awaiting frac. Stage 75 plug set at 11205, with bottom perforation at 11195 and top perforation at 11075. Twelve 350 barrel steel produced water tanks are on location, within their own containment. Tanks had <50 barrels each remaining in them. |
0608463212 | 2019-05-06 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed a Profrac frac crew onsite. Profrac is currently tied into the 1H, 3H, 5H and the 201H wells. Stage 72/87 plug set at 11655 feet, with bottom perforation at 11646 feet and top perforation at 11525 feet. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure was 18 psi. |
1170653341 | 2018-11-06 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Patterson 571 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 705 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 20 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 120 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 701.5 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 54.5 lbs/foot, with 3.5 stick up. Casing shoe is at 698 feet. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 45 feet long. Halliburton was onsite with 615 sacks of class A neocem cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.8 ppg and yield of 1.22. 30% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 101 barrels of fresh water. 30 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 20 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back. |
1541511249 | 2018-10-31 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Express Energy has drilled this hole to 50 feet with a 36 inch diameter auger bit and cemented a 30 inch diameter casing in with 12 yards of grout. The hole kept falling in. Identified myself to Superintenant David Newman. |
1552374147 | 2019-04-24 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Profrac crew on location tied into the 5H and this well. During my inspection they are pressure testing to start pumping stage 56/87. Stage 56 plug I set at 14055 feet, with bottom perforation at 14045 feet and top perforation at 13925 feet. Stage design is to pump 3000 gallons of 7.5% HCL acid, 330000 lbs of sand, and approximately 10000 barrels of fluid. Stage not witnessed. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 0 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 0 psi. |
1555355522 | 2019-04-15 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Procfrac pump stage 26/87. Met with company man Jesse Cammer and Blake James. Plug was set at 18562, with bottom perforation at 18545 and top perforation at 18425. Clean fluid pumped was 9085 barrels, in addition to 71 barrels of 7.5% HCL acid and 1220 barrels of produced water. Profrac pumped 198380 lbs of 100 mesh sand and 132940 lbs of 40/70 sand for a total of 331320 lbs. Average rate was 93.6 barrels per minute (BPM) and average pressure was 10204 psi. The maximum rate was 97.6 bpm and the maximum pressure was 10889 psi. Break down pressure was 7731 psi and Initial shut in pressure (ISIP) was 5332 psi. Frac gradient of 1.09 psi/ft. 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is 15 psi and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 15 psi. |
1559754195 | 2019-06-05 | Completion Testing | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Supervisor Eric Conrad. During the inspection we witnessed Stone Rig 15 drilling out frac plugs. Rig is drilling with a 4.5 inch diameter bit and 2.875 inch diameter tubing. They are currently drilling on plug 44 at 15750 feet. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure was zero and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 250 psi. |
