An inspection revealed that approximately 300 of the lease road would need to be addressed, due to erosion. The lease road contains ruts and washing out down below into pasture field near creek. The road had been utilized during the plugging process of Permit No. 2073 and the well owner had been aware that the lease road would need to be repaired. Note: The location contains a spring. The company has equipment placed on location to perform dirt work. Plastic flowline was observed to have now been placed over a steep hill and routed to a separator located approximately 10 from the well. Mr. Danny Baker with Jeanie Enterprises was contacted by telephone regarding the complaint and inspection. Mr. Baker states that the flowline would be re-routed and buried along the lease road when it has been repaired. Water bars were recommended to Mr. Baker to be placed along the lease road. Mr. Baker was also instructed to move the separator (recently installed) to a location 50 from the well.

1302724931 2011-03-31 Production Wells No Violations Received call from Walter Born who is the caretaker of the Brandt farm. He stated that the motor on the pumpjack had been removed. This was verified in the field. With the exception of the missing motor, the well was equipped for production. Spoke with pumper about it and he stated that the motor went bad and there are broken rods in the well. He said that he will get it back into production soon but mainly for gas. Production reports for 2009 showed 870 mcf of gas produced. For 2010 it showed 818 bbl of brine.

An inspection revealed that several section of this flowline located in field will need to be buried. Dead vegetation observed outside the dike. Hay observed around section of the dike covering contaminated soil. The soil will need to be removed. Identification will also be required.
1465832049 2011-11-04 Production Wells No Violations Received call from Walter Borne, caretaker of the Brandt Farm, at 12:31 pm alleging a flow line leak that was spewing brine. I arrived on site at 12:57 pm. Upon inspection I found an area of impact with a 25 foot radius caused by a small hole in a 2 inch flow line. It sprayed 10 feet into the air and the wind blew it over the ground. A sample of the water was tested with a high range Quantab. It maxed the test strip out. There was 5 or 6 gallons of brine pooled on the ground. There was also a T with a 2 inch valve without a plug in close proximity to the leak. A call was made to Joe Scmelzer and a voicemail was left explaining the situation. Danny Baker responded at 1:12 pm, and met me at the site. I explained to him that the leak must be fixed that day, and the remediation of the area must be done by next week. He agreed. Site was inspected again on 11/10/11 and site had been cleaned up complete with seed and straw.
