0696925200 2016-08-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the well to be equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing and 4.5 inch casing. The well appears to be shut in. Ball valve on tubing is off to a one inch poly line that runs underground. A 2.375 inch pipe runs from the 4.5 inch casing underground as well in the direction of the production tanks near permit 3408120361. There is no belt between the motor and the pumping mechanism, with minor repairs the well appears capable of production.
