0459252025 2016-03-10 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today found the access road gate locked and the access road in good repair. The pad has been fenced but parts of the fence on the south side of the pad have been removed for access to a major slip repair underway on that pad slope. I found the #10H well in production. Concrete barriers were in place around the wellhead. Well identification number was found on the well and on signage at entrance to access road. The equipment on the pad consists of the following:

2 400 bbl. production tanks contained in a metal dike. 4 400 bbl. production tanks not in containment near gate, not in use. 2 Producing wells. 2 Upright Sand Separators. 2 GPUs.
