0302744818 2019-02-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Wyoming casing running casing for the two-stage intermediate casing cement job. Patterson 584 drilled a 12.25 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 8861 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 13.375 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 1548 feet. Wyoming casing ran 8856 feet of 9.625 inch diameter casing, hcl-80, 40 lbs/foot, with 3 foot stick up. Casing was centralized. Shoe track is 90 feet long. DV tool set at 4501 with packer at 4504 feet. sachlumberger was onsite with 489 sacks of class A lead cement and 802 sacks of class A tail cement for the first stage. Lead cement weighed with mudscale at 13.5 ppg and yield of 1.67. Tail cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. 30% excess ran in open hole. 40 barrels of 13 ppg spacer to be pumped ahead of cement. Second stage will consist of 40 barrels of 13 ppg spacer and 1430 sacks of class A tail cement. Tail cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. 25% excess ran in open hole. All depths are based on rig KB. Rig KB is 25 feet. Actual pump job was not witnessed.
0524503630 2019-05-29 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed several different contractors on site. A group of contractors is working on flowlines and the other is working on the pipeline/well connect corridor. Well has been drilled out and is awaiting flowback. Wellheads are on but flowlines have not been plumbed in. This well does not currently have tubing ran in it. It will be plumbed to produce from both sides of the wellhead. Annular pressure gauges are shut in and both read zero psi. Production equipment includes four line heaters, four GPUs, eight sand seperators, and two 500 barrel steel tanks in their own containment. Pad is stable and vegetated. Site meets requirements of 1509.072 (A) for preliminary restoration.
0555709913 2019-03-05 Completion Testing No Violations The inspection is conducted under frac operations. Halliburton just fraced at stage 23 of 61 and at a depth of 16,944 feet. The frac consisted of initial pressure test of 13,512 psi. The break down pressure was at 7929 psi. The initial shut in pressure is at 6901 psi. The average pressure was at 10,807 psi at an average pump rate of 82.9 barrels per minute. The total volume of fluid is 7,190 barrels of clean water and 1,000 gallons of 7.5 % Hydrochloric acid. The total proppant ran is 352,590 lbs. of sand. They ran 79,920 lbs. of 100 mesh white and 268,670 lbs. of 30/70 mesh white sand. The liquid additives ran were 72 gallons of LP-50 scale check, 67 gallons of MC-MX 8-4743(bio-cide) and 170 gallons of LD-2850(friction reducer). The logging contractor is E & P wireline. They will rig up to set next plug at 16,767 feet. The intermittent pressure is at 721 psi and the surface pressure is at 0 psi. The displacement was at 404 barrels.
1149958779 2019-01-28 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 584 is preparing to spud the 12.25 inch diameter section. Surface casing was set by Falcon 26 at 1548 feet.
1752426312 2019-05-16 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Deep Well Snubbing unit #10 on location. They have not started drilling out frac plugs on this well. The 13.375x9.625 annular pressure is zero and the 9.625x5.5 annular pressure is 2700 psi. I asked Company man Cory Lewis to get it bleed down and check/change the gauge. Burst pressure of 9.625 casing is 5750 psi.
1883999929 2018-11-05 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the surface casing cement job. Falcon 26 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter open hole to a depth of 1560 feet. Previous casing set and cemented was 18.625 inch diameter mine string casing to a depth of 228 feet. Wyoming Casing ran 1552 feet of 13.375 inch diameter casing, j-55, 61 lbs/foot, 4 foot stick up. Casing was centralized with 13 centralizers. Shoe track is 44 feet long. C&J was onsite with 1255 sacks of class A cement. Cement weighed with mudscale at 15.6 ppg and yield of 1.19. 50% excess ran in open hole. Cement displaced with 229 barrels of fresh water. 35 barrels of gel pumped ahead of cement. 66 barrels of cement returned to surface, and floats held with 1 barrel back.
