Inspection revealed that the well appears to have been plugged because there appears to be cement in the top of the casing. The well is leaking a very small amount of gas throught the cement ( cant hear any hissing from the gas but you can smell the gas and Mr. Williams told me that sometimes somebody will light the gas) . Mr Williams wanted to know if the well was capable of producing gas for domestic purposes. |
