The well has 10 inch pipe 3 feet above the ground with a second piece screwed into it with a welded cap and a one (1) inch line with a water shut off valve coming out the side. The well appears to have been designed for a water well. I was not able to turn the water valve on to take a sample do to corrosion and the chance of it breaking. |

Mr. Blubaugh said the valve on the well has not been opened since the 1970s and he was afraid it would break if he opened it for me to get a water sample. |
