I called Mike Chapin of Elkhead Gas & Oil Co. and he stated that the well was sold to the land owner approximately 30 years ago. He stated they have the paperwork on the sale of this well. I will do a follow up call to Columbus to check on this well. The well meets the criteria for exempt domestic use. |
