0129746237 2014-06-26 Preliminary Restoration No Violations This well is a gas well with no pumping unit. All drilling equiptment hsabeen removed and vegetation within the area restored. There is a small metal tank adjacent to the well head. Beyond this tank, there is no tank battery. I spoke with the landowner who mentioned that the tanks has been removed recently and that there were plans to put on a pump jack in the near future. No identification was present. Preliminary restoration passes.
