It was not pumping during inspection. Valves were open on the tubing and casing. The tank battery consist of (3) 100 barrel tanks enclosed inside an earthened dike and (1) 100 barrel brine tank near the entry to the lease road. Proper identification is posted at the tank battery. This inspection revealed the well and associated equipment to be in compliance. |

Pits have been filled and all drilling equiptment has been removed from site. Vegetation has been restored. Identification can be found at the tank battery. Tank battery consists of three 100 barrel tanks within an earthen dike. This well shares tanks with Knox Co. wells #20833 and #24473. Restoration passes. Identification needs to be posted at well head because of shared tanks. Inspector Mark McCombs has been informed and will take further action to resolve the issue. |
