0123532506 2012-07-31 Production Wells Violations Noted I inspected this well today accompanied by Jeff Fry. The well is equipped with a pumping unit and motor. The valves were open but the well was not pumping during inspection. It appeared that the well had been serviced recently as the area around the well was covered in paraffin. A tractor trailer on the well location was listed as Interden Industries Inc. with license number PFF 4005. Records show Mr. Dennis Weese as the owner/operator of Interden Industries. The trailer consisted of pumping rods out of a well and other well components. No identification was posted at the well or at the tank.
