1216746070 2008-07-22 Production Wells No Violations Berea well has pump jack. Landowner Lawrence Sapp, burying old steel production line with a shovel so he could mow over area. Well not produced for 40+ years. Well came to the Divisions attention from a fax Incident report sent to the Mt.Vernon Office on 07-21-08. On 06-22-08 a passer by reported to the Sheriffs office of a leak of oil reported. The Sheriffs office then contacted the Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Brian Hess. Hess responded and requested the help of Ron Simpson of the County water department. The Landowner Mr. Sapp was contacted on 06-24-08.
