On 06-22-08 a passer by reported to the Sheriffs office of a leak of oil reported. The Sheriffs office then contacted the Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Brian Hess. Hess responded and requested the help of Ron Simpson of the County water department. The Landowner Mr. Sapp was contacted on 06-24-08. |
