0105269202 | 2014-11-04 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead pump jack and battery are located on a shared farmstead/access road which enters from SR 528 . Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and a separator. Fittings and connections at the battery are free from signs of leakage or problems. Secondary containment is present. Load-outs are locked. The ID indicates the wrong API# for this well. I notified Ed Butler about the discrepancy. |
0221243555 | 2016-09-29 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead electrical pump jack system and associated tank battery. The well is located in a small clearing at the top of a knoll, near a residence. The battery is located near the property entrance. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from signs of leakage. There was secondary containment at the battery and was intact and free from signs of spills, or leaks. The load lines were plugged and secure. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and did not observe any signs of impact or environmental degradation. The ID signage was faded and unreadable. I met with the manager of the property and he reported that he was satisfied with the on-going operational activities and had no reported complaints. I notified contract pumper Matt Sisson about the need for maintenance on the ID signage. |
0654100624 | 2015-03-25 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead and battery are located on a large mixed use commercial/residential property. The battery is obscured behind evergreen foliage along the entrance drive. Connections and fittings at the wellhead and battery are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The ID sign with the incorrect API number which I noted at the last inspection has been fixed. Areas around the wellhead and battery are draining well and free from erosional deficits or other signs of adverse impact associated with the on-going production activity. The access road to the battery and wellhead is a paved, shared-use driveway, and is well maintained and free from obstruction. |
