1396273868 | 2014-03-28 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The producing unit is comprised of a wellhead with pump jack inside a chain-link enclosure and aboveground storage tank battery with 1 140-barrel steel production tank and 25-barrel poly brine tank, mechanical separator and domestic meter tie-in. The unit is lacking any ID placard. There is secondary containment and load-outs are bull plugged. Spacing is in accordance with rules. I notified Allied about the need for a compliant ID placard. |
1437427862 | 2015-07-15 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I inspected this location as part of plugging and abandonment activity. The plugging contractor (Nicks Well Plugging) is rigging up on location today and will prepare to set bottom formation plug. Pits are being dug and lined. We discuss the need to shore up the west side of the cellar area where there is a drainage channel. The build a temporary berm as a protection. The berm will be removed at the end of plugging. The bottom formation (Clinton Sand) plug is bull-headed through the 4.5-inch production casing and shut-in. Refer to the plugging report for details regarding these activities. |
1437958678 | 2015-07-16 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | Upon rig up today it was discovered that the casing pressure was not adequately held overnight and the bottom plug is leaking. The owner has elected to set a mechanical bridge plug near the top of the bottom formation plug. We agree that a log of the well must be run to establish the top of cement and assess where production casing cement was completed. Based on these findings, the mechanical plug was set without incident. The production casing was ripped uphole with mechanical ripping tool. The Big Lime formation was set with some noted loss of circulation. The bottom of the surface casing plug was set and displaced with some noted loss of circulation. The well was shut-in overnight. Refer to the plugging report for details regarding these activities. |
