0682746993 2013-07-17 Production Wells No Violations There is very little information on this well in Columbus Files. A completion ticket was copied which indicated that this well was dry. One inspection was performed prior to this inspection by Linda Slater on 3/13/2005. According to the current landowner, Charles Perry, she accompanied him to the courthouse to check on lease assignment for this well to establish ownership. No information was found according to the owner. I will recommend that this well be placed in the Idle and Orphan program. I filled out the Right of Entry Form and emailed it to Mr. Perry along with copies of any information that we had to allow him to decide to participate in this program and sign the entry form. This is a gas wellhead. There is no past production information on this well contrary to its current status. I observed 3-1/2 inch pipe rising out of the ground and topped by a 3-1/2 to 4-1/4 inch swedge. On top of the swedge is a master valve which is topped by another swedge measuring 4-5/16 to 2-3/8 inch. On top of this assembly is a t-fitting with a swedge fitting on top and a similar swedge fitting on the side opening of the fitting with 1-3/8 inch production tubing with a regulator before submerging into the ground. There is no apparent tank battery, no wellhead ID, and no fencing around the wellhead.
1393821140 2005-03-13 Production Wells No Violations Well is shut-in; too much fluid for landowner to produce. Has well head (see picture in file). Status should be changed from producing.
