0038895456 2012-09-14 Production Wells No Violations The Division received a landowner request to provide assistance with the identification of approximately seventeen (17) well locations on the property. The landowners son, Mr. James Wright, stated they are paying taxes on all wells, but own only the wells equipped with pump jacks. An inspection conducted with Mr. Wright revealed that this well contained rods, tubing, casing and a pumping unit. The well did not contain an attached production line. A service rig was also observed at the well location and found not in operation. Mr. Wright states that his father and grandfather had owned the rig and serviced the wells. This well was the last one serviced and the rig was left in place. The well location will be researched and verified with Central Office.
