During my inspection I was assisted by the state issued Garmin GPS handheld and the coordinates listed in RBDMS. I could not locate any evidence of an oil and gas well within the area of the given coordinates. RBDMS Columbus images show that the ODNR Division of Oil and Gas issued a plug permit and the records show the well was plugged with a state inspector present. Location has met 1509.072 B requirements and final restoration is passed. |
