0129469506 2008-03-17 Production Wells No Violations The inspection revealed that the well site has still not been cleaned up from the fire a couple of days ago. I called Columbus and Ron Moran to verify that he is the rightful owner of the well.
0252859866 2008-04-21 Production Wells No Violations Jeff Fry and I inspected well location to follow up NOV due this date. All free standing oil has been properly cleaned up. A new dike has been constructed around the well and pumping unit. A new dike has been constructed around the tank battery as well. Proper identification is displayed at both the well and tank battery. The area has been properly graded. NOV passed.
0340323000 2008-03-31 Production Wells Violations Noted I inspected the well location with Jeff Fry. There has been no clean up effort on the part of the well owner. There is still free standing crude oil in the creed channel directly behind the tank battery. There is also several deposits of crude oil in the corn field close to the tank battery. There is no dike around the tank battery. There is no identification displayed at the well or the tank battery.
1213151745 2008-03-13 Production Wells Violations Noted Jeff Fry and I inspected the well location due to being informed that there was a tank fire there the day before. There is a capable pumping unit on the well and two 200 barrel tanks. There is no identification displayed at the well site. RBDMS shows that Kenoil is the owner of this well but after further investigation it was concluded that Ron Moran is the rightful owner. There is evidence that there was a fire close to and around the tank battery. There is a ditch behind the tank battery containing fluid. There is still some crude oil in the ditch and around the tank battery area, although it appears that most of the product was consumed in the fire. The cause of the fire is unknown.
1516370310 2018-01-19 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed that the well was capable of production. It was equipped with a pumping unit and gas motor. The tank battery consists of (2) 100 barrel tanks. I observed identification at the well and tank battery. I took GPS readings at the well, tank battery, and lease road entry point. Time of inspection: 8:45 AM. Weather: 19*F, Sunny/8 snow.
