The tank battery consists of (2) 100 barrel tanks inside an earthen dike. Approximately 1-2 barrels of oil was observed inside the dike. This well produces into a shared tank battery. Identification was not observed at the well or tank battery. A 100 barrel unloading tank inside an earthen dike was also observed near the Raymond H. Penick #7-BS Well API#3686. Identification was not observed at this tank. I spoke with Mr. McQueen at his residence regarding this inspection. Mr. McQueen was advised to clean up oil and post identification. Mr. McQueen agreed and said he would get started on it next week. This well is currently registered to Harry Dugan Oil Co. Mr. McQueen was also advised to have well registered to him.
