001248i465 2002-08-05 Production Wells Violations Noted Inspection revealed saltwater has been drained off of the 500 Bbl. Storage tank on to the ground surface. There is no identification posted at the well head and/or the storage tanks. Well is capable of production. I call Bob Ray and advised him of the violations. He advised he would post the ID signs tomorrow and will work on cleaning up the kill area.

1672857708 2013-12-09 Production Wells No Violations This inspection was conducted as a standard production well status check. The well is incapable of production. It was equipped with rods and tubing but no pumping unit. Identification was not posted at the well. The tank battery consists of (2) 100 barrel tanks. An incomplete identification sticker labeled Big Sky Petroleum was posted at the tank battery. RBDMS records indicate Porter Petroleum reported 68 barrels of oil in 2012. The well owner will be notified of this inspection and will need to place well into production or have well plugged. A proper identification will also need to be posted.
1952831466 2005-10-26 Production Wells No Violations Follow-up revealed vegetation is well established, ID is posted and dike has meets requirements. No other violations noted this date.
2017101989 2018-11-08 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed that the well was idle and not capable of production. It was equipped with rods and tubing but no pumping unit. The well was covered with briars and vegetation. I observed a tank battery approximately 120 feet to the south that consists of (2) 100 barrel tanks. An identification sticker at the tank battery located at these coordinates (N 40.02821 W -82.26506) was labeled as Porter Petroleum being the owner. I observed oil contamination within the dike. Time of inspection: 10:00 AM.
