1347229377 2018-05-29 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed that the leak has been fixed and oil contamination removed. I observed identification at the well and tank battery. The well was pumping during the inspection. The violation has been resolved. Time of inspection: 9:35 AM. Weather: 78 degrees F, Sunny
1398963933 2011-05-10 Annular Disposal Violations Noted The Division received a landowner complaint alleging non-production. An inspection revealed that the well does not meet minimum requirements for commercial production, which has been defined as 15 bbl crude oil and/or 100 mcf of natural gas. The well was equipped with production equipment and valves were open, but polish rod showed no signs of recent pumping. Production records within RBDMS showed that the last year for commercial production was 2007. Prior to 2007, the last year for commercial production was 1999. Note: No documented gas sales or house gas from this well only crude oil. Identification was not observed at the well or tank battery. The tank battery location consisted of old oil inside the dike surrounding a cracked 1800 gallon fiberglass tank found not connected. (2) 100 bbl tanks were located near well location. One tank contained a hole in the side approx 5 x 5. A third 100 bbl (drop tank) was also located at entrance into the well location. Plug or produce well. Provide identification at the well or tank. The identification shall include the following: permit number, well name, well number, county, company name and emergency contact number. Verbal notice to well owner on 5/25/11.
1526405493 2018-05-15 Production Wells Violations Noted My inspection revealed that this well was capable of production. It was equipped with a pumping unit and gas motor. I did not observe identification at the well. I observed an oil leak from a flow line near the wellhead. A pool of oil had gathered at the leak. The amount of oil was less than 5 gallons. The tank battery consists of (1) 100 barrel tank. I did not observe identification at the tank. This well produces into a shared tank battery with API permit numbers 2396 and 2441. The well owner will need to complete the following tasks within the specified time frames in order to bring well into compliance: 1) Remove oil contamination at the well within 5 days. 2) Post identification at the well and tank battery within 10 days. I contacted Gary Nethers who told me that the well is owned by his mother. He said he would let his brother Tom know what needs done. Time of inspection: 1:00 PM. Weather: 83 degrees F, Sunny
