1391520574 2014-01-27 Production Wells No Violations This inspection was conducted as a standard production well status check. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and motor. It was not pumping during inspection. The polish rod showed signs of recent production. A GPS reading was taken at the wellhead. The tank battery consists of (2) 100 barrel tanks inside an earthen dike. A Kenoil identification was posted on the tank. A GPS reading was taken at the tank battery. I contacted Kenoil and informed them that the well is not registered in their name. They informed me that the change of owner form was never completed by E.H. Everett Co. E.H. Everett Co. will be contacted and asked to fill out a change of owner form to complete the transfer. Weather: 13 degrees F, 6 snow cover
