1064507918 | 2003-09-25 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Inspection revealed location meets preliminary restoration requirements. The liner inside the tank battery dike (placed there due to spring contamination complainant from drilling operations.) does not cover the sides of the dike and would not hold fluids in case of a spill. WEATHER CONDITIONS: Mostly sunny, 65 degrees and dry. |
1210i38533 | 2001-08-03 | Production Wells | No Violations | New drilled well. Has pump jack and is pumping. Single 100bbl. Tank set with vertical separator. Equipment inside of earthen dike. Liner (plastic in Bottom) does not come up the dike walls will not keep fluids liquid tight. Complaint on this well water supply replaced,( temporarily). Shot GPS at complainants driveway (Hines). N40.17222 W082.39263. Elevation off topo map at 1002ft. Gl at drive and 1099ft. At Well head. Straight line distance from well to drive, using the two GPS readings is 2593.58ft. Per topo map. Earlier this date I stopped at Hopewells office in Zanesville and obtained their two lab analysis from Rick Brown. I also gave him a copy of our analysis of 6/13 which was faxed to their office and he said they never received. I will also send him a copy of the 2nd or last report from the Cambridge lab. He told me after talking with his boss Jerry Henderson they are again hauling water replacement for Mr. Hines. Mr. Hines wants Hopewell to drill him a new well. This is the first I had heard of this. Per Dave Hodges( e-mail ) Hopewell had been given approval at their request to stop hauling water as a result of sample analysis and Inspector White. |
