0215819519 2009-09-29 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I witnessed this surface job.
0465953545 2013-01-11 Production Wells No Violations Follow up to #529479463. Weather conditions need to improve to allow REDNET Exploration to remediate the crevice on the back side of the drive pipe. The ground conditions are to soft and muddy to allow a truck to make it up the hill where the well is located.
0529479463 2012-12-11 Production Wells Violations Noted I inspected this well today accompanied by Mr. Jeff Fry. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and gas motor. Identification was posted on the pumping unit. The inspection revealed an open crevice on the backside of the 8 drive pipe approximately 10-12 in size around at least 3/4 of the casing. It was undetermined how far down the crevice goes. I will contact Rednet Exploration and ask them to fill the crevice up with fire clay to the surface. Photos were taken for documentation purposes.
0682691144 2012-04-23 Preliminary Restoration No Violations An inspection revealed that the Preliminary Restoration meets ORC 1509.072. A GPS reading was obtained for the well and tank battery location.
1180385574 2013-01-18 Production Wells No Violations Follow up to 529479463. Today I witnessed Steve Nethers and Jeff Redman of REDNET Exploration wash in 15 bags of Benseal with a pump and tremie pipe on the back side of the drive pipe. This was not enough to fill to the surface. Fluid level appeared to be down approximately 20 feet. REDNET will need more clay to fill to the surface.
1419522782 2009-09-28 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Steve Nethers and Jeff Redman are running the surface casing on a new Berea well. They plan on washing fireclay on the surface string tomorrow. All fluids are being contained within a lined pit. There were no violations noted today.
2016509195 2013-02-13 Production Wells No Violations Follow up to #529479463. Clay has been filled to the surface. Well is in compliance.
