1175077902 2012-11-08 Production Wells No Violations The Division had received a landowner request to provide assistance with the identification of approximately seventeen (17) well locations on the property. The landowners son, Mr. James Wright, stated they are paying taxes on all wells, but own only the wells equipped with pump jacks. Mr. Wright found an additional well that he forgot to mention. An inspection conducted with Mr. Brandon Mitchell and Mr. Wright revealed that this well was idle. The wellbore did not contain a pumping unit and consisted of only 8 drive pipe, rods, tubing, and 5.5 surface casing. It was also noted that the immediate area contained steel line that was not connected. A GPS reading was obtained for the well. The well location was researched and verified with Central Office. As a result, a permit number was assigned to this well.
