Four inch casing extends out of well and currently has a high pressure regulator with short piece of plastic pipe attached. Manual valve appears to be in the closed position and plastic line is not attached. Identification is posted at site.
1943796536 2018-06-25 Production Wells No Violations FOLLOWUP TO CHIEFS ORDER # 2017-391 Dated 11/7/2017. Well is not capable of production. Well construction consist of a six and five eighth surface casing that is extended approximately 12 inches above ground level and is open to the atmosphere. A four and a half inch production casing is centered in the surface casing and is reduced down to two inch steel piping with a closed manual valve. No wellhead is installed on the surface casing. There is a high pressure regulator that is installed on the production casing and a short piece of plastic pipe after the regulator. There is miscellaneous piping at the well and an identification sign, that is not legible, posted at the well.
