1215604357 2008-07-08 Orphan No Violations Case # 08-003 Linda Dodge,37165 Royalton Rd ,SR 82. Met with her on an odor complaint of sulfur on adjacent property owned by Mike Sauter. Located a 10 casing leaking gas at 56% lel from top of well and 3% lel three feet diameter around well. No H2S indicated by meter. Well was plugged in 1953. Research owner status and have well vented until orphan well program can drill out and plug. Well is located in open crop field but development is likely in the future.
